Defaults under the Companies Act, 2013 — late annual filings, missed board meetings, unfiled resolutions, deposit irregularities — can be regularised by compounding (Regional Director or NCLT) or through the Registrar's adjudication process.
What we do
- Identify defaults, file the overdue documents, and apply for compounding under section 441 (Regional Director where the maximum fine is up to ₹25 lakh; NCLT above that) or respond to adjudication notices under section 454.
- Represent directors and the company before the ROC (Registrar of Companies), Regional Director and NCLT; apply for removal of director disqualification and revival of struck-off companies where needed.
Documents you'll need
- Notice received (if any), filing history from the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) portal, board minutes and registers, audited accounts, explanation of the default
