Questions we are asked most
LLP or private limited?
Private limited if you will raise equity or issue ESOPs; LLP if you will not.
How quickly can we take a foreign investor's money?
Once the valuation and resolutions are in place, allotment within 60 days of receipt and FC-GPR within 30 days of allotment.
Do we need a valuation for every round?
Yes — for the Companies Act, for FEMA if the investor is foreign, and to support the tax position.
What do investors check in diligence?
Incorporation records, cap table and share certificates, ROC filing history, RBI filings, tax and GST returns, board minutes, ESOP approvals. We keep all of it current.
