Why we do this
India rewards businesses that arrive prepared. Most of the problems we are asked to fix — a subsidiary with no resident director, an RBI filing missed by months, an expatriate never registered with the immigration office, a fund-raise stalled because the cap table and the Registrar's records do not match — were avoidable at the start. We founded the firm to be the adviser that sees the whole picture before the first form is filed.
That means we do not split your work into departments that do not talk to each other. The person who structured your entry knows why your transfer-pricing policy says what it says, and the team that runs your monthly books is the same team that will answer your auditor's questions in April.
Hemanth Kumar — Founder
FCA · Practising Chartered Accountant · DIIT · Registered Valuer (Securities or Financial Assets)
Hemanth qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015 and founded the practice in 2017, after a background in Big Four audit and in corporate finance roles with multinational companies. That combination shapes how the firm works: he has been the person receiving the adviser's memo, not only the person writing it.
He is a Fellow member of the ICAI in full-time practice and holds the Diploma in International Taxation (DIIT), along with certificate courses from various professional bodies in FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act), GST, Ind AS and Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD). Since June 2022 he has been registered with the IBBI as a Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets, which allows the firm to issue valuation reports accepted under the Companies Act, FEMA and income-tax rules without referring clients elsewhere.
His work concentrates on cross-border structuring and FEMA, entity set-up, company-law compliance and valuation — the four areas where a foreign parent or a funded startup most needs one adviser who understands how they interact.

How we work
One point of contact.
You get a single engagement lead who knows your entity end to end. Questions about tax, RBI or the Registrar go to the same inbox.
All services 02A calendar before the work.
Every engagement starts with a written compliance calendar for the year — what is due, when, and what we need from you. You see the deadlines before they arrive.
Annual Compliance 03Plain-English reporting.
Monthly MIS and compliance dashboards are written for a head office or a board that does not know Indian acronyms. If a term needs explaining, we explain it.
Monthly Compliance 04Structure first, forms second.
We advise on the entity, capital and tax position before filing anything, because most expensive mistakes happen at set-up.
Set up in India 05Fix, then prevent.
Where past filings were missed, we regularise them — compounding, late fees, revised returns — and then put the process in place so it does not recur.
Deals, Changes & Disputes 06Specialist depth in-house.
Valuation by a registered valuer, international-tax and FEMA advice, and company-law compliance from the same team — without hand-offs to third parties for the core work.
ValuationThe team
We are a team of eight, organised into four functional teams so that each area of your work is handled by people who do it every day: entity set-up and registrations; monthly accounting, payroll and GST; audit, direct tax and annual filings; and company law, FEMA and valuation. Each team is led by a qualified professional, and Hemanth reviews all advice and signs every report that leaves the firm.
