TDS is India's withholding-tax system on salaries, rent, professional fees, contractor payments and payments abroad. We compute it, deposit it, file the quarterly statements and issue certificates.
What we do
- Review every payment run for withholding obligations, including payments to the foreign parent (royalty, fees for technical services, interest) and treaty rates.
- Prepare a monthly TDS payment summary and deposit challans by the 7th.
- File quarterly TDS statements — Form 138 (salaries), Form 140 (other resident payments), Form 144 (payments to non-residents) under the Income-tax Rules, 2026 — and TCS Form 143 where applicable.
- Issue withholding certificates to payees; obtain Form 15CB certificates for foreign remittances; respond to TDS default notices.
What you receive
- Monthly TDS summary and challans; quarterly filing acknowledgements; withholding certificates; a register of lower-deduction certificates held.
