GST is India's single indirect tax; registration gives you a GSTIN and lets you charge tax and claim input credits.
Who needs this
- Suppliers of goods with turnover above ₹40 lakh, or services above ₹20 lakh, in Karnataka.
- Regardless of turnover: anyone making inter-state supply of goods, non-resident taxable persons, casual taxable persons, and businesses that want to claim input credit or export under LUT.
What we do
- Determine whether registration is mandatory, advisable or premature; identify the correct place(s) of business.
- File the application, respond to officer queries, and attend physical verification where required.
- Obtain the LUT for exporters, and advise on the composition scheme where it fits.
What you receive
- GST registration certificate (GSTIN); LUT acknowledgement; a note on invoicing and return obligations.
