Who needs this
- Premises with a manufacturing process employing 20 or more workers with power, or 40 or more without power (thresholds under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, in force from 21 November 2025; Karnataka's rules under the Code were still in draft at the date of this brief — we apply under whichever regime is in force).
What we do
- Obtain plan approval and the factory licence; coordinate with the pollution-control and fire clearances that must come first.
- Set up annual renewal, statutory registers, and safety-officer/committee requirements where headcount triggers them.
